Applications for a postdoc position are invited to study cell competition in the thymus. The position will be in Vera Martins’s lab at the Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (IGC). The candidate must hold a doctoral degree in Biology/Biochemistry or other related area, and have a background in Immunology or developmental biology. He/she should be proficient in flow cytometry, animal experimentation using the mouse as the model organism, and have some experience in molecular biosciences (molecular biology, cell biology, RNA and DNA work). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
